Gusteau Culinary Experience Workshop

For a special dining experience, try the winner of the Wine Restaurant of the Year award.

In the small village of Mád, you’ll find one the finest gastronomic experiences of the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, because this is where Gusteau Culinary is based.

It’s more than just a restaurant. It is a complex culinary experience workshop, as they call themselves. Their mission is to create love and respect for the top-quality wines of the region. They plan their programmes in such a way that they provide a lifetime experience for you.

Their idea is to present local wines of exceptional quality in a worthy environment and to create dishes for these wines to make the experience unique. In 2012, they managed to set up a goat farm in Mád so the locally produced raw material have become more and more important for the dishes appearing on the menu.

As part of their service, they offer you other opportunities as well. You can rent a grill house and you can grill broaches and vegetables on burning hazel skin. You, your family and friends will participate in an eastern atmosphere and enjoyment of heavenly tastes.
