Annurca Apple Festival

As the local fruit, the Annurca apple, reaches maturation in October, the community starts to celebrate. In the medieval village of Valle di Maddaloni, this means it's time for the annual Annurca Apple Festival.

Valle di Maddaloni's streets come alive with performances by street artists, flag throwers, dames, princes, and courtiers. Everywhere there is an atmosphere full of entrancing fragrances and aromas.

In the evening, you can taste culinary dishes made specially with the Annurca apple. There are also other local dishes and wines available.
